Matruteerth, a flagship project of Nagpur under the leadership of some prominent personalities of the city’s social landscape, commemorates the contribution of 100+ iconic women of India, from mythology to present-day India.
The design represents a modern, sleek form of a mother and its womb, the core of the structure emulates the embryo, while the courtyard and the main galleries spread over the metaphorical umbilical limbs.
This expansive project backed by modern technology and crisp structural design aims to create a multidimensional visual and sensory experience for the community.
