What is Life, if it isn’t about community living, working, playing, and being together in an environment that is cherishing, enriching, and adaptive at the same time? And that is what this project is all about. Imbibing the concept of live, work, and play, the planning of the project is done is distinguished beautifully in three different zones, Public (branch office) – Semi-public amenities, and – Private (Residential building) Inspired by the CBI logo, the building symbolizes the 4 main factors that are the backbone of our economy, the central core being the nation juts out in three branches i.e., MAN, FINANCE & INDUSTRY. This peculiar building stands differentiated with respect to its context in regard to its unique shape and elevation. The conscious design of the project makes sure that there are no trees cut during the construction of the project. Keeping in mind the dense surroundings the angle of the structure is developed in the way that each side forms a 120-degree clear visual cone. The deck of the building is mindfully placed such that it has an unobstructed view of the city skyline on one end and the race course and lake view on the other. Moreover, it has been taken care that the branch office gets maximum frontage via the main access road of the plot.
