The project design looks towards revamping the former residential building to a modernist design by weaving it with the evolving context. The design approach reflects in the elevation of the structure. The front facade glazing gives the building a continuous look. The material palette includes shades of brown and beige with fluted panels highlighting the top three floors. Full-length windows maximize the light ventilation and give an uninterrupted look to the building externally. The principle of planning aims to provide panoramic views to all 2, 3 & 4bhk dwellings.
