Crafted as a sanctuary for community and sustainability, the Panvel Clubhouse, envisioned by me, embodies a seamless fusion of materials, experiences, and circulation. Serving a township of second homes, it offers respite and camaraderie. Natural stone and sustainable timber create a warm, inviting ambiance, blurring indoor-outdoor boundaries through expansive glass panels. Sustainability is paramount, with passive cooling, solar panels, and rainwater harvesting. Circulation flows effortlessly, guiding residents through communal spaces designed for leisure and interaction. The architectural form cleverly juxtaposes masses to choreograph shade and shadow, enhancing both aesthetics and comfort in the semi-built areas.
